Substitution/Cancellations/Refunds Deadline:

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing prior February 1, 2013 (a $50 cancellation fee will apply). No refunds will be processed until six weeks after the conference. There will not be refunds for luncheon, gala, school visits, or membership if selecting join/renew.
