EASY STEPS


1.  Complete the Online Exhibitor/Job Fair Registration or

       Native Craft Vendor Registration and Badge

       Registration information.


      NABE will not be able to process contracts without full payment.
•     NABE will send you a confirmation message.
     NABE’s official decorator service contractor, will send you an Exhibitor Service Kit.
      A special VIP block of housing accommodations has been secured for NABE sponsors, exhibitors and vendors at the conference hotel, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. We encourage you to utilize this hotel’s NABE room block.


2.  Reservations are processed in the order in which they are received. Check NABE’s website for updates or contact: Ms. Aguirre. T, Tel: (225) 209-0224 OR

3.  Ship your materials to the conference site according to the instructions in your Exhibitor Service Kit.


4.  Upon arrival at the conference, check in at the special Exhibitor Registration area to pick up your registration materials. You will only be permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall with your badge and ribbon.

EXHIBITOR SPACES

EXHIBIT SPACE (Both sizes may be 8’x10’ or 10’x10’)

Exhibit and Job Fair booth fees include the following benefits and services:

•  One booth
   One 8’ draped table
   Two (2) chairs
   Side-rails and backdrop
   One 7” x 44” company identification sign
•  Hall security during closed hours

Additional furniture, carpeting, and signage are available at the exhibitor’s expense. Upon receipt of your signed contract and full payment, an Exhibitor Service Kit will be mailed to you from NABE’s decorator, Maurya Palmer, the official NABE
2013 service contractor.


 

*  Badge-only registrations do not receive attendee conference materials. Additional badge only exhibit hall registrations needed for booth set-up staff may be purchased by Commercial and Non-Profit exhibitors at $204 each. Job Fair employers who require additional badges for booth set-up staff must purchase additional registrations at the regular conference rate. Only the complimentary full conference registrations are entitled to a conference bag and program book.


** The posting of job vacancies and/or announcements is ONLY permitted within your booth area.



Promotional Opportunities

Demo Workshops


Attention NABE Exhibitors! Last year, NABE’s Demo Workshop sessions in the Exhibit Hall were a hit! The sessions drove traffic to the Exhibitor Booths and Participant Evaluations for these sessions was very positive. Take advantage of this opportunity to let people know all about your product and drive traffic to your booth! The only cost to you to participate in this event is a $100 per session fee, which includes stage/sound setup and advertising to let the Conference Attendees know when and where to find your Demo. To ensure that  your event is well attended, you may also send flyers to be inserted into the conference bags. Demo Sessions MUST be “How To” sessions, and are allowed 30 minutes. We only have a limited number of sessions available. If interested, please contact me as soon as possible for more information.


Free Stuff Fridays


Conference Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibit hall to “earn” a raffle entry for a gift basket, to be given away on Friday, February 8th. To earn a raffle entry, Conference Attendees participating in the game will be required to collect“stamps” for their “passport”. Exhibitors who wish to participate in the raffle must provide a gift basket. Exhibitors may provide one or more gift baskets. Samples of the Exhibitor’s product may be included in the gift baskets, but is not required. Participating Exhibitors will receive “passport stamps” for their booth to give to conference attendees who visit their booth. Stamps will be given out over the course of the conference, prizes to be awarded during the Friday lunch break.



iPadRaffle


One iPad will be raffled each day on Thursday and Friday in the Exhibit Hall during the PM Coffee Break. Exhibitors wishing to participate will donate $200.00 towards the purchase of the iPads and will receive recognition in the NABE Conference Program and on the NABE website.


Coffee Breaks


Make your presence known! Exhibitors may chose to sponsor a Coffee Break, which will be set up in close proximity to your booth, and you may provide a banner to promote your company and inform potential clients where to find you in the Exhibit Hall.
